The OWL probability estimates represent project leading indicators and as such allow the executive team to make better decisions during the status review meetings.
REAL-TIME EXECUTIVE MONITOR
This workflow provides a periodic project due diligence evaluation to the clients without internal engineering capability such as financial and insurance sectors. It can be configured as a standalone package, or as a supplement to a more formal due diligence process. The workflow uses engineering-based risk analysis to provide insights to metrics such as expected losses, CVaR, warranty costs, and insurance premium reliability.
PROJECT RISK WORKSHOP FACILITATOR
This workflow provides a real-time assessment of system integrity/reliability events including early-warning signs. This information allows for more effective design of preventive maintenance strategies and emergency responses. This package utilize equipment hard data, internal subject-matter expert opinion, and assessements from external OWL expert network.
SYSTEM INTEGRITY MONITOR
This module provides a means to establish realistic project expectations and facilitate collaboration among the key project stakeholders. The package is configured for applications during the project kickoff meeting, and can be configured to utilize interal databases, subject-matter experts, and external OWL expert network.
PROJECT MANAGER ASSIST
This package provides a real-time assessment and quantification of project risk factors as identified in a risk register. The project manager can utilize OWL independently or in conjunction other risk management processes. This package can be configured to utilize project risk networks and integrated with data from internal databases, subject-matter experts, or external OWL experts. Futher, this package allows for coniniuous monitoring of risks given new information.
DUE DILIGENCE REPORT
Early warning systems monitoring algorithms provide a capacity for latent monitoring of risks that are not part of the risk register. These risk events are often reffered to surprise, unforseen, or Black Swans. Our algortihms are developed to take advantage of data generated by the systems that are being monitored and identified early changes in behavior that can lead to emerging Black Swan risks.
